Current Project: Port Strategy Model, Port of Melbourne Corporation
Aten Advisory is independently verifying enhancements made by AECOM to the Port of Melbourne Corporation’s Port Strategy Model (PSM). The PSM is a bespoke model developed specifically for the Port of Melbourne Corporation, and considers land side, supply chains for the movement of containers. The PSM’s functionality enables the modelling of inter-modal freight terminals, port extensions, and the cost and environmental implications. The PSM is implemented in microsoft excel, access and visual basic programming.
